Educated as chef and developed myself throughout the years to head chef but also as tutor.
A lot of leadership skills due the chefs work but also as football referee.
Came into the business in 2014 and In the film business in 2016.
Now running 2 successful businesses. Together with my wife Melody Pleasure.
We now are living in England for 3.5 years and did build the connections with the gross of UK's industry.
We also have a lot of connections throughout Europe and USA

With a background in the UK adult industry, I’m passionate to modernise SNAP and provide services that work for more of our members.
I am currently SNAP’s Technical Lead, using my experience as a performer to make SNAP work better for professionals and producers alike. As a member of the SNAP team, I already have a good-working knowledge of the organisation and what we should do better.
SNAP is the 2nd CIC for Adult Professionals that I’ve helped form. I’ve also supported a number of studios throughout the UK, setup 6 limited companies, and regularly manage a team of 15+ staff.

I have previously held a vice chair role on a committee for event organisers in the local Gothic music scene, where I have almost 20 years experience in being involved in events.
With nearly 20 years within the adult industry working for companies including adultwork.com, Paul Raymond Publications, Sunday Sport Newspapers, S66, FanBaits and NSFW.app amongst others, gives me a greater understanding of the ever-changing adult industry.
My role as a community liaison officer for Pineapple Support, lets me understand the issue's facing creators and adult professionals. With the companies I have worked for, my understanding of evolving is key which I feel is a pivitol role of SNAP.
My background is in Sales, Marketing & Business Development, which I have executed over a 27 year period across a multitude of genres, platforms, and media. I bring a friendly corporate, friendly, relationship approach in all I do. A key part of my make up is on KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and hitting set targets.
My involvement in SNAP has always been to build a better industry, a safer working environment, whilst giving my knowledge and experience to others. My previous roles within the industry have always been front of house, being the face of the brands / companies, because of the relationships I have built and my approachable nature. I have always worked in structure, process but never losing site of the goals that need to be achieved.
As a proud father to a gay son, I have always strived to work for inclusion for all and this is something I will continue to do in any role or position I undertake, whether that is in a professional or personal capacity. With my wide network and fantastic relationship with thousands of adult industry performers and businesses, I can open doors and grow the SNAP network.
Being a keen photographer having a passion for meeting new people and traveling when possible to different places to experience cultures, learning and art. This is reflected into my photography creativity generally and now is leading me to into video, new tech development APP / Web and starting new avenues like NFTs over the coming months. Always happy to share knowledge to enable others to benefit from my experience and help them meet their goals too.
Through out my life I encountered adversity and equally encouragement which gives me empathy, compassion for others going through similar struggles & difficulties in their lives. I believe in what does not kill you makes you stronger in life I am happy to teach and empower others to hopefully deal with life’s ups and downs to strengthen them and in-turn others; so we can all learn & grow.

Hi my name is Melody Pleasure. I am 35 years and married to Cheffie Shot! I am in the adult industry since 2014 as porn actress and also as escort and party girl. I am really careful with my health and I am really proud to say that I haven't catched any STI throughout the years.
I don't have really previous experience in a board but I have management skills in previous work and businesses. I have a good connection with NHS Birmingham directly and I hope I can mean something for the SNAP organisation as Wellbeing Lead.
