Every member is treated with respect regardless of identity, profession, or personal choices.

We actively welcome individuals of all:

  • Nationalities

  • Religious beliefs or non-beliefs
  • Professional roles within the adult industry

Autonomy

We respect each individual’s right to define their own identity, boundaries, and career path.

Confidentiality

Privacy and discretion are central to maintaining trust and safety within our community.

  • Expect timely, fair, and respectful handling of concerns

Possible actions include:

  • Warnings
  • Temporary suspension

Commitment to Collaboration

We recognise that supporting adult performers effectively requires collaboration beyond our own network. We are committed to building respectful, mutually beneficial relationships with external communities, organisations, and service providers.

 

Types of External Partners

We aim to foster links with groups including (but not limited to):

  • Health and wellbeing services (including sexual health and mental health providers)
  • Legal advocacy and workers’ rights organisations
  • LGBTQ+ community groups
  • Harm reduction and safeguarding organisations
  • Creative, arts, and media communities

 

 

Principles for Engagement

Mutual Respect

We engage with external groups that respect the dignity and rights of adult performers and do not stigmatise or criminalise consensual adult work.

Alignment of Values

We prioritise partnerships with organisations that demonstrate:

  • Inclusivity and non-discrimination
  • Confidentiality and safeguarding awareness

Informed Consent

  • Members’ identities or involvement are never shared without explicit consent
  • Participation in external programs or referrals is always voluntary

 

Safe Referral Practices

When connecting members with external services, we:

  • Vet organisations for safety, inclusivity, and professionalism
  • Clearly communicate what the service offers and any potential risks
  • Encourage members to make informed choices
  • Provide multiple options where possible

 

Representation & Advocacy

We aim to:

  • Advocate for the rights and well-being of adult performers in broader community spaces
  • Challenge stigma and misinformation through education and outreach
  • Amplify the voices and lived experiences of our members (with consent)

 

Boundaries in Partnerships

We will not partner with organisations that:

  • Promote discrimination, exclusion, or stigma against adult performers
  • Violate privacy or confidentiality standards
  • Seek to exploit or misrepresent members for research, media, or publicity

 

Community-Led Collaboration

We encourage members to:

  • Suggest trusted organisations or communities
  • Participate in co-creating partnerships and initiatives
  • Share feedback on external services and experiences

 

Ongoing Review

All partnerships and external relationships are:

  • Regularly reviewed for alignment with our values
  • Open to feedback from members
  • Adjusted or discontinued if they no longer meet community standards
