Platforms like OnlyFans and Clips4Sale are integrating age verification systems to comply with the new regulations. As a result, individual creators on these sites won’t need to take additional steps; the platforms will handle age verification for all visitors.

If you operate an independent website featuring adult content, you’re responsible for implementing a compliant age verification system. This involves selecting a trusted verification provider to ensure access is restricted to adults. Rollout Dates

The Online Safety Act, which includes these age verification requirements, was enacted in October 2023.
